Naming the baby

Who knew it could be so hard to settle on a name???

Matt and I had narrowed down the list to 2 names: Caitlin & Camryn. We had waited on officially choosing until we met her. While I was in labor, and napping, I suddenly had an ephipheny about the middle name. We had toyed with choosing Elizabeth, but nothing was set in stone. The name Marie came to me and in that moment I had to ask Matt what he thought. He was also napping and said, "That's funny, I just thought about that as a middle name this morning." So, Marie became the middle name. At this point, we were making progress.

The next day, we decided to try out calling her Camryn, but it sounded weird when nurses would say it. The next day, we tried Caitlin. We were still on the fence about this one as it is a common name...but Camryn didn't have many options for nicknames.

We waited until the absolute last minute and finally settled on Camryn Marie Levy, and it stuck! It's now on her social security card, so there's no turning back!
