Washington....ho! Day 1-Camryn's First Flight

Needless to say, we were a bit nervous about this trip. Camryn is usually pretty laid back, but we had to be prepared for everything just in case. Matt had ear problems when he was a kid, so he was particularly worried about the same thing happening to Cam.
We arrived at SAC and there was a huge line to check in at Southwest (Ugh!). Evidently, there were 3 separate teams checking in and they all had paper tickets...yikes. And, because Cam was going on as a lap baby, we had to check her in normally. Luckily, we had given ourselves a lot of time, but, we were cutting it close.
Going through security went well, good thing we left the bombs at home:)
We were going to check Cam's car seat, but one of the gate crew told us to go ahead and take it on. The flight was not full, so we were able to keep her in her seat. And she.......SLEPT....the entire way. No ear problems. Thank you universe!
